This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which goods are shipped from theguildco.one to you, the customer. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order Processing Time
“Order processing” is the time we need to prepare your item(s) for shipment. This includes order confirmation, payment verification, and packaging.
Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) will typically be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For items requiring special handling (e.g., made-to-order), the processing time will be clearly stated on the product page.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times
We strive to offer reliable and cost-effective shipping options.
Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.): We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our website for any active promotions.
International Shipping: We currently ship to a select list of countries. At checkout, you can enter your address to see available international shipping methods and costs. Please be aware that delivery times for international orders are estimates and may vary significantly due to customs processes.
3. International Shipping & Customs
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country’s government are your sole responsibility. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to us. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Times: International delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays in customs are common and are not considered a failure to deliver on our part.
4. Returns, Exchanges, & Shipping Responsibilities

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product: We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at our expense. Please contact us at support@theguildco.one.
For change of mind or size (within 7 days of receipt, item unused and in original packaging): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. The cost to ship the new item to you will be covered by us for an exchange.
Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or after failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
5. Risk of Loss & Title
Ownership of the items and the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS). We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
