1. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable​ for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, software, digital art).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and pierced jewelry.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@theguildco.one​ and provide the following information:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Photographs of the product (especially if it is damaged or defective).

After we receive your request, our support team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address if applicable.

3. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3-7 business days​ for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • The cost of original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are not in their original condition.

  • Final sale items, such as those purchased during a promotion or clearance event.

  • Non-returnable items as listed above.
