1. Return Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
A return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:
Digital products (e.g., e-books, software, digital art).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Intimate apparel, swimwear, and pierced jewelry.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@theguildco.one and provide the following information:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photographs of the product (especially if it is damaged or defective).
After we receive your request, our support team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address if applicable.
3. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
The cost of original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are not in their original condition.
Final sale items, such as those purchased during a promotion or clearance event.
Non-returnable items as listed above.
